Both my children (ages 6 and 4) have been attending Heiwa Karate for the last two months and they have thoroughly enjoyed it! Yusef and the team have been fantastic, very welcoming, the kids do not want to miss a single session! I would definitely recommend Heiwa Karate for anyone wanting to learn Karate!

I love Karate because I learn lots of new skills and it is really good fun. I love the exercises because it makes me stronger and fitter. I also enjoy learning katas, the teachers are very patient and always listen. If I am finding something difficult they always help me. We also learn to help each other.
